Rear Seam M1 Helmet
This particular M1 helmet is most likely a post WWII M1 helmet. It’s seam is located on the rear but the heat stamp is illegible. It has obvious signs of age and wear, it looks to have been repainted for service a time or two; the liner shell looks to have been painted over once before for duty purposes and the suspension system is dated 1969.
