Original WWII late-war OD #7 shaded M1942 first aid with a small battle dressing inside. The manufacturer markings on the rear of the pouch are no longer legible; however, the canvas is in good condition, as well as the snap fastener and pistol belt hooks. The dressing inside is a later model Carlisle bandage in good condition with its manufacturer markings still legible.
